										<content:encoded><![CDATA[<h2 style="text-align: center;">IKAEF Consistency &#8211; Beständigkeit</h2>
<div style="text-align: justify;">Am 14. und 15&nbsp; Juni 2014 waren Teilnehmer aus der Region Oberschwaben, Singen, Überlingen, Ulm und Isny in <b>Ronin<span style="color: red;">Z</span> Kampfkunstschule</b> nach Weingarten gekommen. Diplomsportlehrer Andreas Güttner vermittelte an zwei Tagen Techniken und Prinzipien aus der philippinischen Kampfkunst Eskrima. Das Programm der&nbsp; <a href="http://www.ikaef.com/" target="_blank">IKAEF (International Kali Arnis Eskrima Federation)</a> beinhaltet eine breite Palette von Doppelstocktechniken über Flowrills mit und ohne Stock bis hin zum philippinischen Boxen.</div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">Das Thema Beständigkeit &#8211; Consistency sollte unser übergeordnetes Thema für das Wochenende sein. Beständigkeit ist das Nebenprodukt von korrekten Grundlagen und Konzentration in der Zeit.<br /><b>Richtigte Grundlagen + Konzentration = Beständigkeit.</b></div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">Es geht darum, etwas jedesmal richtig zu machen, wenn man es tut. Denn, wenn man es einmal korrekt gemacht hat, dann weiß man, dass es zur Regel werden kann und nicht die Ausnahme bleiben muss. <br /><span style="font-size: x-small;">(siehe auch bei Richard J.
