<p>Bei dieser Übung muss der Verteidiger so gut es geht ausweichen,<br> während der Angreifer mit der Pompfe angreift. </p>



<ul class="wp-block-list"><li> Der Angreifer schlägt senkrecht von oben, der Verteidiger weicht<br> aus, indem er einen Ausfallschritt schräg nach vorne macht oder<br> sich nach hinten abdreht. </li><li>Der Angreifer schlägt horizontal. Der Verteidiger weicht durch Abducken unter dem Schlag hindurch aus.</li><li>Der Angreifer schlägt horizontal auf Knöchelhöhe, wobei er auf</li><li> ein Knie abkniet. Der Verteidiger springt hoch.</li><li> Der Angreifer sticht mit der Spitze des Bats zum Bauch. Der Verteidiger</li><li> macht einen Ausfallschritt oder dreht sich ab.</li></ul>
